What is the role of class 12th percentage in the selection of candidates for scholarship in IIM?

Dear Kapil,
IIM doesn't provide scholarship but concerned government can pay to you or bank loans will be considered. While sanctioning the loans, banks will consider your past academic profile. All the best.
