Ongc is the highest paying PSU in India. Plus the allowances offered by ONGC is more than any PSU. The nett inhand salary in ONGC is around 75k per month. It can go upto 9095k but around 18, k is deducted in ONGC for PF and Pension Contribution, which is also the highest in ONGC therefore this deduction lower the inhand a much bit. But the best part is company also contribute the same amount, therefore around 36k is saved every month in your PF and PRBS account which is a huge amount. Plus there are many allowances given: - Laptop allowance of 100k every 3 years - Mobile allowance of 20k every 2 years. - Furniture and Electronics allowance of 175k every 6 years. - Spectacle allowance of 18k every 2 years. - Uniform Reimbursement of 33k every 3 months.
