    Dhaval Nandaniya Branch Manager In Finance Sector.

    It will be based on experience and grade pay. Most of the banks have a system of grade pay. Generally, it will be INR 9 lacs to INR 15 lacs pa in grade of CM (some) and AGM (AVP).
