What is the salary of a beginner in animation and VFX industry ?

Hi, Freshers may get around 812k. Experience of 1 year you may get you 1520k. Experience of 2 years you may get maximum 35k. Experience of 3 years can get you 45k maximum and after that, number of years doesn’t matter, it’s just your current salary and negotiation skills when you join a new company, at best you will get a 10k hike. In VFX, it’s mostly process driven and hell of lot labor job and the growth in term of money gets stalled after 1 or 1.25 lacs maximum. Your experience after 5 years does not grow though you may learn a few new things. All these years you can say goodbye to your work-life balance due to insane working hours, tight deadlines and high work pressure.
