The salary structure depends upon many factors such as the turn over of the organization, the size of the organization i.e. the number of people in it and most importantly your role, responsibility and accountability in it which keeps on changing . A fresh Bio-technologist can expect to get a consolidate package of INR 20,000 to 25,000 as the starting remuneration in a research based cum manufacturing organization where-in his role would be to assist in developing processes.
