The average salary of a Chemistry lecturer is INR 510,000 LPA. Most people move on to other jobs if they have more than 20 years of experience in this field. Experience has a moderate effect on the income for this job.

If you join a government college then it will be as per the government norms and pay scale, and if private colleges then it depends on the college and its pay structure.
