Hello,
There is no regulated minimum fee, or one set by any directors' union or guild. Directors have great access to producers and can negotiate. They will go down for a high risk project or agree for a profit share if they really care about a movie. A handful of directors can ask for premium fees

Hello,
There is no minimum or maximum salary of Film makers in India.
Some big directors make INR. 5 to 10 million and on same hand some gets just in thousands. So, it totally depends on your personal talents and skills.
