A fresh chem scientist may start at a level 0f Rs 5000 to Rs 20000. You gain with experience and quality of job performed.

One must get a right placement and it is very much essential.Otherwise, one has to be satisfied even if he gets 20,000 per month.The initial placements are always difficult for most young men.

It may take a little bit of time, but you will ultimately get the right placement. This is what I have seen over years. Someday, there will be a recognition for your PhD. It is not just some wishful thinking.
