    The basic pay for the LIC AAO post is INR 53600 per month. The LIC AAO pay scale is INR 53600- 2645 (14) –90630– 2865 (4) –102090 and other admissible allowances. The total LIC AAO salary inclusive of House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), etc. wherever admissible will be approximately INR 92870 per month in ‘A’ Class city. Apart from salary and allowances, other benefits enjoyed by LIC AAO are:

    • LTC
    • Cash Medical Benefit
    • Group Mediclaim
    • Group Personal Accident Insurance
    • Group Insurance

    The basic pay in the LIC AAO salary is INR 32,795 per month. Payscale: INR 32,795 plus INR 1,610 (14) plus INR 1,745 (4) equals INR 62,315 per month. After Increment: INR 62,315 per month. Allowances:
    1- Dearness Allowance: 40 percent of the basic pay.
    2- House Rent Allowance: 7 percent to 9 percent (dependents on Locations)
    3- City Compensatory Allowance: 0 percent to 4 percent of the basic pay (Location dependent). The other benefits, along with the LIC AAO Salary, are listed below;
    1- Gratuity
    2- Special Allowance
    3- Accident Insurance
    4- Contributory Pension
    5- Cash Medical Benefit
    6- Leave Travel Concession (LTC)
