    In 2023, the highest package offered in Usha Martin University is 10 Lacs rupees per annum whereas the lowest salary package offered was 1.6 Lacs rupees per annum. Top recruitments were done in MBA field. The average salary package offered was around 3 Lacs rupees per annum. The popular recruiters were Hitachi, Indiamart, HDFC AMC Ltd, ICICI Lombard, Hindustan Times etc. In 2022, 97 students got placed but in 2023, only 73 studens were placed, which shows a sharp reduction in hiring.
