Diploma civil holder don't have a high scope, but if you pursue B.Tech in civil engineering, then you will probably have a very good scope.

There are a lot of opportunities after Diploma in civil engineering in government as well as private sector. You will be eligible for filing government and private sector's tender. For government tenders, you will need a licence for which you will need experience but some government tenders doesn't require a licence. After gaining experience in private, you can easily apply for a license. For Further information, dhbvn.org.in/new/newcontractors
