What is the scope after completing MBBS?

These are the days of specialization and so, plan for the PG/Diploma once you complete your Medicine.Not that you don't get a Government job.But, for building a steady reputation,some more qualifications are needed.

Money wise MBBS does not have scope. But if you are looking for respectable experience you should take up some kind of specialist course like ENT, Psychiatry, DVD, Pathology. Pathology or Anatomy like subjects will make one a good teacher on completion and gaining of course and certification.
