What is the scope after completing Mechanical Draughtsman & Piping Design Drafting?

I have Complete my B. Com and had done Networking course from CMS Institute. And now working as a Cashier-cum-Clerk in Hospital. I had joined a course in 2006 for Mechanical Draughtsman from Gupte Academy, Dadar but I left the course in between because of my job schedule.
