What is the scope after PGDM (finance) in Canada?
Currently, I am pursuing BBM (IB). I want to pursue PGDM in finance from Canada.

If you are planning to settle down in Canada, you can definitely go ahead. However, applying for additional certifications in finance will help you to get better job opportunities. You can check courses at Thompson Rivers University, Fanshawe College, George Brown College, Seneca College etc.
