    Yes, there is definitely scope for girls in construction management and for most of the girls who are selected in PMC. It is worthy too. Just do well and achieve the best.

    Yes, there is scope for girls in construction management and most of the girls who are selected in PMC (Project Management Consultants) company enjoy the luxury of the work place. Let alone the work culture, the package offered is also attractive and competing with the market trends. I have seen my batch mates many of them are girls and doing really well in companies like JLL, CBRE, Black and Veatch etc. Also many girls who are taken by contractor firm are generally kept at head office although there might be few exceptions.
