What is the scope for BCT (Bachelor of construction technology) for girls? Is it worth?

Hello there, Nowadays, there is nothing like boys or girls, this was the orthodox thinking which is being eliminated due to the spread of education and technology. People used to said that women are not worthy to be in police department: But Kiran Bedi not only became the IPS but also worked better than men. And there are thousands of live examples. Conclusion: For success in a career the thing that matters is passion, interest, determination, and not the gender, so if you are passionate about construction technology then definitely go for it. Well construction technology has a great and wide scope because till humans are present on earth they also need home. So, there is a endless need of construction technology. And not only new buildings, but things like new building material, new machines these are also needed for the process. So, don't worry. It has a wide and great scope. Good luck for your future.

If you ever dreamed of a plush office overlooking a beautiful city landscape and you have a glass panel through which you see this. Superb interior design and neat and tidy cubicle. If all of this is what you have imagined as your office, then construction management is the course for you. Yes, there is scope for girls in construction management and most of the girls who are selected in PMC (Project Management Consultants) company enjoy the luxury of the work place. Let alone the work culture, the package offered is also attractive and competing with the market trends. I have seen my batch mates many of them are girls and doing really well in companies like JLL, CBRE, Black and Veatch etc. Also, many girls who are taken by contractor firm are generally kept at head office although there might be few exceptions. But, this is a course which is equally good for both boys and girls. Go Ahead. All the very best.
