what is the scope for electronics and instrumentation engineering after four years?

I have taken up this electronics and instrumentation engineering course. After completing my b.e. degree what are the courses that I can take up for my masters degree? In which areas would i get a job after that? is it possible to get a job after getting my b.e. degree itself?where wud i get?
