What is the scope for LLB in HR especially thru evening batches.

I have done DHRM from Welingkar's and currently working in HR Compliance dept. Want to go for LLB (Mumbai Unv.) but thru Evening Batches as I cant quit job. I dont have 2 yrs work exp yet so cant go for MHRDM. Also considering Dip. in Labour Laws & Labour Welfare. Which is the best in your opinion

Doing LL.B. at this stage and circumstances is the BEST option. LL.B. course also contains Labour Laws, so you can benefit from that. Doing LL.B. in evening batch has the same weightage as a regular morning course.
