Dear John, for a fresher engineering graduate, distance mode MBA does not hold any value and you are hardly benefited in terms of jobs as placement services are not available with distance education. Regular MBA through CAT/MAT/CMAT from top-50 B-school can give you good job.

As per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for full time MBA as it will further enhance your career prospects.
