    Hi Gunjan,
    Keeping today's industrial progress in mind the industry is biased only to those with good academic knowledge and practical skill set. I do not see any problem in opting for a career in this field but as for the physical strength is concerned, yes you would require high concentration levels along with physical and mental strength. Also mechanical is a huge engineering domain and is not just restricted to automobiles so one can look for various other options to choose as a career.
