    Dear madhuri,
Msc(Se) will definitely be the good one but market demand is more for MCA.
it never mean MCA is better then Msc. Its wrong tendency if we compare two courses because both courses are better only if the person has true interest and passion in it,
Any how its always necessary to compare two courses before joining it.
considering the demand factor your answer is MCA.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your has been resolved, please close this query by rating it as a "Best Answer" or by giving "Thumbs up"
