    Hi Rasika, Six Sigma is a disciplined, data-driven approach and methodology for eliminating defects in any process from manufacturing to transactional and from product to service.It is a measurement-based methodology that focuses on process improvement and variation reduction. It is based on the organized application of a set of statistical/analytical and problem solving tools/techniques. This is 4-days certificate program consisting of 6 modules that is designed to teach the six sigma way of process improvement. It has a wide scope and with experience one can expect excellent salary package.
