As mentioned by Jijo, software engineers has tremendous scope around the world,
almost every company need a basic good software engineers, to develop software to upgrade and maintain software etc.

Scope is good in MP. It is also good in Hyderabad, Banglore, Chennai, Delhi and Mumbai.

Its good as a job but its better to focus on CS or ECE for engineering studies..
As they are more widely accepted.. Software Engineers have great scope throughout the country..so dont worry on it..
