As a student myself, I can't give you a proper gauge of what the scope is. I myself am only an undergraduate student. What I can tell you, is that a lot of my seniors who have graduated from the M.A. in Advertising and Public Relations course are doing very well professionally.

You have already done video production course and must be having good skills in production. Advertisement and Public Relations these days are about promotional campaigns and strategy making and implementation. There is a great scope for someone who knows how to use the skills of mass communication and editing. There is a scope in government PR Departments, Private Firms.Media houses etc. you can also run your own business in this.
