What is the scope in food and nutrition? Is B.Sc. enough in this field or M.Sc. is required for high scale jobs?

Hi,
There is a huge scope for it now, even more so than there was ten years ago. I personally believe that graduates in this field have more opportunities than technology graduates because they can get hired anywhere that is even remotely related to food such as, but not limited to:
Food companies: Most packed food brands (Nestle, etc.) employ food science graduates in various departments (research, production, quality etc.).
Hospitals: For this, you need to get an internship with a registered dietitian (RD) after graduation and then write an exam to get certified as an RD. Every good hospital employs a few clinical nutritionists and diet...more -
