What is the scope in hotel management if i take diploma from IHM food production course?

I am 22 years old and i finished my gradution from surat in bacholrs in buisness administration and and confused which stream should i go for in hotel management food production...UG, PG or diploma?

    Diploma mainly focuses on the kitchen/cooking practical and you will be posted in the kitchen only. You will get jobs in hotel, cruise, airlines etc
