What is the scope in three year course in computer sciences under delhi university? also what is the difference between btech CSE and bsc ?

First of all btech and bsc are to be kept aside
in btech u learn less theory and more technical work (take 30%+70%)
bsc offers it in (80%+20%)
after bsc u cant do mtech in cse .
