What is the scope of a Multimedia degree for a diploma holder and which are the institutes offering a degree in it?

My name is Brighto Tom Jose.I completed my plus two at march 2007.And I also completed diploma course in LAPTOP HARDWARE ASSEMBLING AND WI-FI NETWORKING.I want to join a degree course in multimedia.which is the best and scopefull degree courses related to that?I want only degree course.
