B Pharm is professional Bachelor degree in Pharmacy of 4 years duration. After the course, you have two options. Either start working as Pharmacist with any hospitals, Medical shops etc.or you can find research assistant jobs with pharmaceutical companies. You can expect a salary range of 9,000 - 20
