What is the scope of B.Pharma in LPU?

Bachelor in Pharmacy in LPU is a 4-year long undergraduate programme in the field of Pharmacy which deals with health and chemical Science. Throughout the B. Pharmacy programme, students are introduced to various medicines and drugs as well as their uses and effects/side effects. With a range of lucrative Pharmacy career options, B. Pharmacy degree holders can also get employed in the private or government sector as pharmacists, drug inspectors, food inspectors, medical underwriters, or even open a drugstore. LPU has tie-ups with renowned companies from different industries. If we talk specifically of B.Pharma the placement scenario of B.Pharma is getting better year by year. About 60-70 per cent of students get placed every year with decent packages. A lot of companies come to LPU for placement, many of which are open to students of all streams. Companies like SmurAgro, Dr Lal Path Labs, Capgemini, Google, etc. Come to the campus for recruitment of students.

Is an undergraduate four years course (approved by PCI) which is a prerequisite for registration to practice as a pharmacist. It imparts skills to work in industry, clinical setups, drug control organizations, education and research sectors in pharmaceuticals Apart from imparting theoretical knowledge, the university also aims at cementing the practical side of the course. There are state of the art laboratories. The outcomes of the programme are - Understand the nature and concepts of Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry Pharmaceutics and Pharmacology Perform procedures as per laboratory standards in the areas of Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry Pharmaceutics and Pharmacology Effectively utilize information, and technology to optimize learning and patient care the highest salary availed by LPU students was 6 LPA while average salary 3.8 LPA. Hi, I am a non-medical student I can't tell you much about it but yes the students who pursued their Bachelors in pharmacy, have been placed in a much-reputed company. Teachers for B.Pharma are well-educated, and they offer enormous knowledge about the subjects related things. The course curriculum is structured, which makes students industry-ready which helps to make it easy for students to get placed in good companies. LPU has a tie-up with foreign universities. So you got a chance to continue your studies if your performance is good. The important part about this college is its placements. The academic of this university makes sure that the money you pay you get in return with good placement records. As per the placement stats In the B. Pharmacy course, the highest salary package offered is 13 LPA, the average salary package offered is 8-8 LPA, and the Placement Session is still LIVE. Last year's placement record for 2019-2020 was also so good that 23+ students got placed in reputed companies like Nestle. The highest package offered was 7 LPA (Nestle) and Up to 6 LPA by DNJ Infotech. Approximately 85-90% of the students got placed, which is I think a good percentage. Top recruiting companies that visit here for placements are Hindustan Wellness Outline Systems, Ranbaxy, Cipla, Sun Pharma, etc. For this course, LPU is ranked among the top 30 pharmacy colleges by NIRF in India. The highest salary package offered for B.Pharma at LPU is rs Lacs p. a whereas the average salary offered is rs 3.06 Lacs p. a. 500+ students live projects are there and the highest internship stipend per month is rs 25k.
