    Hi,
    B. Plan. Duration : 4 years. (8 Semesters) and requires 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English and Maths) or equivalent. (5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmir Migrants)
    The study of B. Planning deals with ultimate planning techniques. The working areas include metropolitan cities as well as small congested towns, cities & also villages. For the country like INDIA, future scope is getting better. Besides this scope students prefer to go for higher studies. The main features required are:
