What is the scope of B.Sc in agriculture?

Dear Siddharth, Jobs can be got by students of B.Sc. Agriculture with firms of the private or public sectors. With public sector firms, one can get employed as Agricultural Research Scientist (ARS). But to get employed into this position, it will be needed for applicants to write an admission test.

Self Employment / Entrepreneurship: Agri clinics and Agri Business Centres, Agri Farms, Food Processing.
Agri. grads are employed in vast fields - Agri input industries, Agri research, Banking, Rural Business Management, Government Jobs, Biotechnology, etc.

B.Sc Agriculture is a good course with good placement opportunities, as you can be employed by any private or government firm or you can start your own work or even you can start your career as a lecturer. There are a lot of government opportunities available for the B.Sc in agriculture graduates. S
