    Hello Abdul,
Psychology is completely a skill based profession, and requires a lot of experience to get better, and this, improve payoffs. At the entry level, therefore, the remuneration varies approximately from Rs. 15000/- to Rs.18000/-. Established consultants in any of the fields of specialisation can earn at an average between Rs.20,000 to Rs.30,000 or even more. You are paid even higher if you start as a school counselor. Clinical Psychologists with Ph.D. who get into counselling and have a lot of experience can earn much more and many will charge on an hourly basis, which turns out to be very lucrative.
