    If you are really interested in learning coding/programming then I'd suggest you to choose BCA. As BCA is mainly focused on providing software related skills to its candidates. Everything you will learn in BCA will be mainly related to software. There'll be few (1 or 2) subjects related to computer hardware. So, for programming go with BCA. If you want to learn programming languages which you will be studying in your BCA course then you can check out this app "BCA - Course Programming" which is specially designed and developed for BCA students and is available on Google Play Store.     BCA is a better option that B.Sc IT because it would open up your chances of jobs a lot more.
