If you are really interested in learning coding/programming then I'd suggest you to choose BCA. As BCA is mainly focused on providing software related skills to its candidates. Everything you will learn in BCA will be mainly related to software. There'll be few (1 or 2) subjects related to computer

BCA is a better option that B.Sc IT because it would open up your chances of jobs a lot more.
