You have to face a tough competition inorder to get in to the field if you choose Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering. IIT's are the best for doing Aerospace Engineering. There are very few people who are doing their job in their same field after completing Aerospace Engineering except IIT graduates. Aerospace Engineers are mainly hired by ISRO, Indian Airforce, HAL, NAL. Otherwise, you can get trained in any private Aerospace companies in Bangalore or Mumbai for experience after graduation as there is a need of experience in this field.
