    If you are looking for best university for CE course, I would say Lovely professional University is best University to pursue this course. Lovely Professional University is one of the best institutes for engineering in the state of Punjab. So if a degree in B.Tech (Civil engineering) is what you seek, I suggest that you do consider LPU.     Every B.Tech stream has a good scope. The only thing is, you have to achieve above 78% in it. What matters in the end is the percentage and knowledge that you have gained there. If your percentile is low, your degree is useless in any stream.

    B.Tech in civil engineering is more or less same as in other countries are in India only different it make is the competition which you would be facing after your graduation or a job.
    Scope of civil engineering more or less remains the same but with increase technology in the field of construction today the demand for the skilled civil engineers expert in a particular technologies are in great demand so if you have a specific knowledge about Technologies then you are good to go with the prospect of future civil engineer.
