    Hi Anurag, B.Tech. In fire and safety has excellent career prospects in India. Due of a low supply and a high demand. These days, not all colleges offer fire and safety engineers. So, you should definitely look for a better college with high placement prospects if you are truly interested in this subject.

    It is one of the emerging branches in B.Tech having good career scope. very few universities are there which are offering this course. fire and saftey personals are required every where Job options are tremendous in Fire and Safety engineering as there are less number of engineers in this field.The average salary for a Safety Engineer is Rs 363,402 per year.
