    Both the courses are totally different from each other, and there cannot be any comparison between the two. Both are good. It depends on what you like doing. If you are happy serving people and like help alleviate pain, then nursing is good for you. If you like business - whether it is working for a big company or starting your own enterprise, a BBA would be your cup of tea. Choose wisely, based on your personality, attitude and interest.

    Both the courses you mentioned are good, both of them offer good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities. B.Sc in nursing is always a better than the regular BBA course. You will have plenty of opportunities after 3 years if you have the basic science degree.
