    Hello,
After doing nursing, you will be stuck to just one field that is medical. But, if you do BBA then you can go for MBA or job or entrepreneurship. You can excel yourself in the field you want to go without being constraint to just one thing. Management people are aware of each and everything going under the sun. Thus, in this scope of BBA becomes bigger and better than nursing.

Nursing will have better scope, as the Health sector in India is booming, and it is a specialist technical course. However, if you do BBA you will be required to pursue MBA as well to derive larger benefits on the career front.
