What is the scope of BCA in India? Can I get good salary package after completing BCA? Is it important to pursue MCA after BCA?

BCA is very basic educational qualification in the field of computer science. BCA graduates are employed by mid and small size IT companies and enterprise at junior most entry level developer, tester, computer operator job. Large IT companies prefer B.Tech CSE & MCA for entry level IT jobs. Starting salary for BCA graduates is between 10000 to 20000 per month. For any meaningful career in IT industry, BCA graduates may have to do PG such as MCA.

Hello, You will get a job after BCA but chances of your increment is less and it will take long time. Also, after BCA as a fresher, you will get very less salary compared to MCA. So, it is advisable to do MCA after BCA because it will help you in every way.
