BCA is very basic educational qualification in the field of computer science. BCA graduates are employed by mid and small size IT companies and enterprise at junior most entry level developer, tester, computer operator job. You cannot pursue M.Tech after BCA. You can pursue M.Tech after MCA degree. MCA is equivalent to B.Tech not BCA. BCA is lower degree in comparison to B.Tech.

Hello, You will get a job after BCA but chances of your increment is less and it will take long time. Also, after BCA as a fresher, you will get very less salary compared to MCA. So, it is advisable to do MCA after BCA because it will help you in every way.
