    Well, there is good scope for programming, as it is increasing day by day. But yes, college also matters, so chose a good one.

    Nowadays scope for programmers is massively increasing and BCA is the best degree to learn Programming so absolutely BCA degree has a good scope. And so the scope for BCA wide as you can be a software developer or a software designer or you can also become a web developer.

    Scope of BCA is increasing now, because now the market in India is inching more and more towards service industry. So, software developers will be in high demand, so BCA is automatically a good option for learning software development.

    One can do a job or can go for higher studies after the completion of this course. Self-employment option is also available. You can do freelancing or develop your own software if you have that much skills. There are many software MNCs (Multi-National Companies) which provide jobs to the BCA graduates. If a candidate has a work experience and all the necessary required skills then he/she can hold good positions in MNCs.

    It is very good for a person who further wants to make his/her future in field of computer programming and software developing. A person with BCA degree can easily get job in the big IT companies. A BCA student can also go for further studies like for MCA or MBA. It is worth doing if u do it from a good college.

    Yes, there is scope in BCA but if you are a science student then you can opt for B.Tech in computer science engineering.
