If you have good command over your subjects, you have sufficient Practical knowledge, you are good at soft skills then, nobody can stops you from getting a good job. Go for the college which are good in terms of education and placements. Of course, biotechnology is a growing field these days and would be in great demand in future.
You can also study agricultural biotechnology because India's economy is mostly dependant upon agriculture.
Try to get admission in government colleges.
