Hi Kareena,
The chocolate business has excellent scope as not only the hotel industry has this as an integral part of the Kitchen under bakery & confectionery,but also it offers scope for entrepreneurship.
Entrepreneurship has boomed as a lot of people are showing interest in the making of chocolat
