The average pay package in civil is Rs.3.5 lacs to Rs.4 lacs currently, but in this branch most of the students are going for either higher studies or help their family in construction business. if you are interested in civil, then pursue it.any branch in RV must be good only.But, if you are getting some other branch of your interest, then go for BMS and then for Ramiah.At last, it all depends on you, you should choose your interest. all the best!!!!!
