    Company Law covers the entire system legal aspects related to its formation, operation, governance and dissolution.

    • Company Law defines and regulates public, private companies, limited liability partnerships, and NGOs.
    • Career roles are - registering a company, including drafting of Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA), obtaining important approvals, and fulfilling other legal formalities.
    • Company Lawyers also define the roles of the directors, officers and other key management
