what is the scope of customer experience management overall n it's 15 month course's??
i 'm basically looking for a full time mba plan, as i recently heard of this customer experience management course. and i also learned that it's just 15 month course excluding internship of 4 months.!!plz help me out regarding this. thank you

It is a good course to pursue, the course curriculum generally consists of:
Behavioral Studies.
Sales & Marketing Fundamentals.
Human Resources Management.
Marketing Research, and many more.
It also includes 16-week internship in the related industry, to gain exposure to the real corporate environment.
I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.
