What is the scope of doing BCA after doing BBA-LLB?

No scope. You should better go for CS after law.

Both are entirely different courses, and I can not see any scope for BCA after BBA,LLB. Its wasting of time

If you want to change stream to IT and have a meaningful career, you will have to plan six year education BCA & MCA. Therefore, BCA degree after BBA LLB is not a good recommended career option. BBA LLB is sufficient qualification for a good career.
