After completing M.Sc Degree, you can be
1. Menu Planner
2. Management Dietician or Nutritionist
3. Clinical & Therapeutic Dietician
4. Researcher
5. Public Health & Community Dietician
6. Assistant Manager
7. Quality Manager
8. Preserving Supervisor
9. Professor.

Yes, there is a huge scope for it now, even more so than there was ten years ago. I personally believe that graduates in this field have more opportunities than technology graduates because they can get hired anywhere that is even remotely related to food such as, but not limited to:
