What is the scope of doing MBA in HR from symbiosis college via distant learning after completing graduation in BscISM?
I ama BscISM graduate from MOP vaishnav college currently employed with CTS for past 1 year. My working hours are far more than my pay scale. I want to study something that increases my pay scale and decreases my working hours. I am planning to do MBA in HR from symbiosis which is provided from CTS.

you should join any job related to HR as & go foreword you will improve in your as yr experience increases...& the most important aspect is your confidence which really matters.....

Any distance learning course and its recognition by the industry is yet to happen. Especially courses like Business Management should be done part time or full time and not distance.

what if we wish to go for ias with management as 1 of the optional. then MBA distance could be a great option ?
